New IJIC case examines sexual harassment at McDonald’s

Based on publicized sexual harassment cases against the organisation, the latest concise teaching case from the International Journal of Instructional Cases considers how far McDonald’s is failing to live up to its value of ‘Integrity: We Do the Right Thing’.

Authors Nicole A. Ploeger-Lyons of University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Jennifer A. Butler of University of Wisconsin-La Crosse have produced a fascinating concise case that can be used to engage students in wider discussions about organisational ethics, communication and policies.

Aimed at students at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and accompanied by a comprehensive teaching note that includes a range of suggested teaching methodologies, this IJIC case is destined to become one of our bestsellers.

Many congratulations to both authors!
