Editorial Policies

We welcome cases that are:
  • Four pages or less
  • Designed for classroom or boardroom use
  • Decision-based or descriptive
  • From all business disciplines
  • Field-researched or data-driven
  • Factual
  • Accompanied by teaching notes that are focused on pedagogy as described in the IJIC submission guidelines
  • Original
  • Unpublished
  • Not under consideration by any other publishing source
Please note that:
  • Field-researched cases must include releases from the organization described
  • No fictional or composite cases will be reviewed or considered for acceptance

It is our goal to encourage and develop case writers. That will be evident to you from the quality of reviews that you receive, both from the reviewers and from the editor. We are always available to you as a resource for case refinement and to talk through improvements.
